Go to the tweet you wish to translate.
Click ‘translate tweet’ below the tweet’s text and above the image.

Using Google Chrome, go to the website you wish to visit.
At the top right, in the search bar, find the small Google Translate Icon. Note: For odd reasons, this icon will not always appear. I have yet to find a solution for this other than leaving the page and coming back.
Switch the language to English
Alternative
Copy the website link into Google Translate on detect language-> English. A new link should appear. If you click it, you should be on an automatically translated page.
